Hi, I’m Elysa Harris. I grew up in Northern Virginia and later moved to Richmond to study Art Education. I met my husband in Richmond too! For the past 14 years, I’ve been teaching art, building a life rooted in creativity, curiosity, and joyful mess-making. I’m now a mom to three beautiful children, and art continues to be my constant—my safe space, my home base. I love working with clay, painting, printmaking, and collage; honestly, if it involves making art, I’m all in. I’m so happy to open up my garage studio to kids in the community, inviting them to jump into the mess, explore their creativity, and experience the magic of making art together. 🎨
